Shanghai, China 2016 Shi Jing is really wonderful. She doesn\'t have a lot of experience in modeling, but I think she has a good potential. Although Shi Jing doesn\'t speak English, we were able to understand each other, she tried her best and always paid attention when I was showing her how to pose. I guess there\'s a little problem with most of the Chinese models, who are just in the begging of their modeling career. The most common jobs in China are catalogs, so Chinese models have been taught how to pose for the catalogs. It\'s kind of \"catalog style posing\" which is quite boring and ordinary. So, in the beginning of our shoot I\'ve noticed that Shi Jing was doing exactly that \"catalog style posing\". Re - teaching model how to pose when she can\'t completely understand you is quite hard, especially if she got used to some certain style. But, after 10-15 minutes of working together, Shi Jing has started to understand how I wanted her to pose. I would like to give a little advice to photographers who are shooting really young models and get lost in translation. Just be really patient and kind and eventually you\'ll start to understand each other without speaking. Show some simple poses by yourself, so the model could visually understand the mood you\'re trying to create on that shoot. Show her/him examples of other models posing ( it can be both video and photos) and believe me, you\'ll have no problems after that. Hope you\'ll enjoy watching this video and good luck! Плюс, - о перспективах китайского моделинга. Shi Jing просто чудесная. К сожалению, у Shi Jing практически нет опыта в моделинге и она находится только в начале своего пути. Несмотря на это, я думаю, что у нее есть потенциал и она сможет успешно работать. Мне безумно нравится ее внешность и она крайне мила. Несмотря на то, что Shi Jing не говорит по-английски, мы смогли понять друг друга, она очень внимательно относилась к тому, что я пыталась до нее «донести» во время съемки и быстро училась, когда я показывала ей позы, которые хотела бы увидеть. Практически у всех китайских моделей, не имеющих большого опыта в моделинге и никогда не работавших за границей, есть одна небольшая проблема. Самые распространенные работы для моделей в Китае, - это каталоги. И, как правило, в местных агентствах начинающих моделей обучают позированию для каталогов. В результате, каждая вторая из них выдает «каталожные позы», которые, на мой взгляд, очень однообразные и скучные. И это относится не только к китайским моделям, но к иностранным. Скорее всего, в ваш первый визит в агентство, вас попросят показать, как вы умеете позировать и, если команде вашего принимающего агентства покажется, что - то не так, вас, вероятно, будут переучивать «на их лад». Ведь тогда вы сможете взять больше работ на Китайском рынке, где конкуренция очень высока. И в самом начале моей съемки с Shi Jing, я заметила эти самые «каталожные позы». А переучивать модель, которая уже привыкла к такому позированию, особенно, если вы не можете полноценно общаться и понимать друг друга, довольно сложно. Но, нет ничего невозможного и, после 10-15 минут совместной работы, Shi Jing начала понимать, что я от нее хочу в плане позирования.
